Uzņēmuma kredītspējas novērtēšanas problēmas

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz ārzemju zinātnieku modeļiem kredītspējas noteikšanā, atlasīt pēc iespējas vairāk kredītspēju ietekmējošo rādītāju un novērtēt Latvijas mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmumu kredītspēju. Darba gaitā tika izanalizēti 37 maksātspējīgu un maksātnespējīgu Latvijas uzņēmumu gada pārskati no 2003. līdz 2007.gadam, uz kuriem balstoties ar statistiskas metodes palīdzību tika noteikti četri koeficienti, kas vislabāk palīdz novērtēt Latvijas mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmumu maksātspēju.
Bakalaura darba gaitā tika secināts, ka Latvijā nav veikts pietiekami daudz pētījumu kredītriska un maksātspējas aprēķināšanai un ir nepieciešams veikt plašāku tirgus analīzi, lai būtu iespējams izveidot universālu maksātnespējas aprēķināšanas modeli Latvijas apstākļiem. Anotation
The aim of the present paper is to find factors that influence the credit status of Latvian retail trade enterprises, based on the foreign scientists credit status estimation models. In order to analyse the following factors 37 annual reports of Latvian solvent and insolvent enterprises from 2003 to 2007 time period were used. The reports were analysed using the statistic method. During the authors research the factors were found that could be used in order to analyse the Latvian retail trade enterprise credit status.
Based on the results of the research four factors were allocated, though despite that the author made a conclusion that the researches that had been done in the sphere of Latvian market were not volumetric to be able to make model that would help to analyse credit status of Latvian enterprises, that is why a more detailed research should be done.
