Darbā tiek apskatīta industriālās un inovāciju politikas loma valsts ekonomiskajā politikā,konkurētspēja,Triple Helix modeļa teorētiskais pamatojums kā arī apskatīts labās prakses piemērs - Somija,kas ir uz zināšanām balstītas ekonomikas piemērs pasaulei,teicami parādot valsts lomu pārmaiņu veikšanā un Triple Helix modeļa realizāciju attīstības politikā.Tāpat darbā tiek identificētas līdzšinējās zinātnes un rūpniecības sadarbības problēmas kā arī tiek piedāvāts risinājums Somijas politikas un Triple Helix modeļa izpratnes ietvaros.
Atslēgas vārdi:industriālā politika,inovācijas,Triple Helix modelis,uz zināšanām balstīta ekonomika In this paper the author has researched the role of Industrial and Innovation policies in the context of state economic policy,competitiveness and the theoretical basis for model of Triple Helix.In the second part of the paper an example of good practice – Finland – is researched.This is an example of an economy based on knowledge for the whole World,and it excellently shows the role of the country in the process of making changes and realization of Triple Helix model in policy development. In this paper the current problems of science and industry cooperation are identified and also solutions are offered based on Finland’s policy and in the framework of Triple Helix model.Key Words:industrial policy,Innovations,Triple Helix model,knowledge based economy
