Projektu vadīšanas izmantošana uzņēmuma modernizācijā

Bakalaura darbā „Projektu vadīšanas izmantošana uzņēmuma modernizācijā” tiek izvērtēts, vai uzņēmumā realizētā videonovērošanas modernizācija ir bijusi efektīva.
Darba mērķis izanalizēt ar projektu vadības metodēm uzņēmuma teritorijas videonovērošanas modernizāciju un, salīdzinot to ar praksē realizēto modernizāciju, rast atbildi uz augstāk minēto jautājumu.
Lai sasniegtu darbā izvirzīto mērķi, tika izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi:
1.Izpētīt un izanalizēt projektu vadības teorētiskos aspektus
2.Izstrādāt uzņēmuma „X” videonovērošanas modernizācijas projektu
3.Salīdzināt paredzamos ieguvumus ar praktiski ieviesto risinājumu.
Darba izstrādes gaitā, tika gūts apstiprinājums autora izvirzītajai hipotēzei, ka izmantojot projekta vadību, videonovērošanas modernizācija būtu noritējusi efektīvāk.
Darbā ir ietverti šādi atslēgvārdi: modernizācija, norise, mērķis, vadība, plāns Bachelor's thesis "Project management use in modernization of the company" examines whether the company’s implemented modernization of video surveillance was effective.
Thesis goal analyze the company’s territory video surveillance modernization with project management methods and compare it with the modernization implemented in practice to find an answer to above mentioned question.
In order to achieve an objective the following tasks were set:
1.Research and analyze the theoretical aspects of project management
2.Work out the company "X" video surveillance modernization project
3.Compare the expected benefits with practically implemented solution
In thesis author confirmed his hypothesis, that the use of project management in video surveillance modernization implementation would be done more effective.
