Lietotāju tiesību vadība mySAP vidē

Abstract

2007.gadā VAS „Latvijas dzelzceļš” infrastruktūras un finanšu informatīvajā sistēmā no jauna bija jāveido lietotāji un lomas. Tāpēc aktualizējās lietotāju lomu piešķiršanas automatizācija. Darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz pašreizējās situācijas analīzi, izveidot augstāk norādītās problēmas implementāciju SAP sistēmā. Projektēšanas laikā tika izveidotas pamata procesa „Pieteikuma veidošana” diagrammas īpaši izdalot apakšprocesus „Darbinieka izvēle”, „Funkciju izvēle” un „Pieejas apgabala izvēle”. Implementācijas gaitā tika uzrakstīta jauna programmatūra lietotāju pieteikumu reģistrācijai un apstrādei, kā arī tika modernizētas vairākas vecās funkcijas lietotāju tiesību vadības informācijas sistēmai. In 2007 it was necessary to create anew users and roles in the information system of finance and infrastructure of the State Joint Stock Company „Latvian Railway”. Therefore, the issue of the automated assigning of user roles has become topical. The aim of the present paper is to create the implementation of the above mentioned problem in the system SAP. During the course of planning diagrams of the main process „Request design” was developed emphasising the sub-processes „Worker selection”, „Function selection” and „Access area selection”. During the process of the implementation new software has been developed for user registration and processing as well as several older functions of the user right management information system have been developed.
