Cikloplēģijas ietekme uz acs astigmatisma lielumu

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis bija novērtēt cikloplēģijas ietekmi uz acs astigmātisma lielumu. Optometrista praksē cikloplēģijas medikamentu pielietošana pat reiz ir ierobežota. Metode. Pētījuma dati tika iegūti no KSA Acu centra Tallinā. Acs korekcijas dati tika atlasīti pēc sekojošiem kritērijiem: veselas acis un acs refrakcija satur astigmatisko komponenti. Pavisam kopā bija 103 cilvēki, 62 sievietes un 41 vīrietis. Cilvēku vecums variēja no 18 līdz 47 gadiem, vidējais vecums – 27 gadi ar standarta deviāciju 6 gadi. Tika novērtētā labākā subjektīvā korekcija, redzes asums kā minimums 0.8 un iegūtie mērījumi tika atlasīti pirms un pēc cikloplēģijas (pilnā korekcija, autorefraktometra dati, keratometra dati) Secinājums. Cikloplēģijai ir maza ietekme uz acs astigmatiskās komponentes maiņu. Cilindriskā komponente samazinājās ļoti nenozīmīgi pēc cikloplēģijas. Pirms cikloplēģijas ciclindriskā komponente bija -0.69 ± 0.04 D, pēc cikloplēģijas - -0.70 ± 0.04 D. Statistiski nenozīmīga atšķirība (p=0.58). Aim of study. How considerable is influence of cycloplegia on eye astigmatism. Purpose. In optometry practice use of cycloplegia is limited. Methods. Data of subjects was randomly selected from customers of KSA Eye Centre in Tallinn. Criteria for selection were healthy eyes with astigmatism. Subjects were one 103, 62 of these were female, 41 were male. The age range was 18 to 47 years, with 27 years as mean value with an SD of 6 years. For study were measured best subjective correction (visus at least 0.8) and for objective results collected noncycloplegic, cycloplegic autorefractor and keratometry data. Results. Cylinder power of full eye refraction in cycloplegic autorefractometer measurement is smaller (mean value -0.69 ± 0.04D) than noncycloplegic autorefractometer measurement (mean value -0.7 ± 0.04D), but difference between both measurements is not statistically significantly different p = 0.58.
