Abstract

„Dokumentu reģistrācijas un uzskaites sistēma MII” paredzēta pašvaldību un citu iestāžu darba produktivitātes un uzlabošanai. Ar sistēmas palīdzību iespējams veikt dokumentu reģistrāciju, labošanu, tādējādi aizstājot veco „skapju” sistēmu. Pēc konkrētiem parametriem iespējams atrāk atrast vajadzīgo reģistrēto dokumentu, redzēt statistiku un visu reģistrēto dokumentu kopumu. Gadījumā, ja rodas nepieciešamība pēc jaunu dokumenta stadiju vai tipa ieviešanas, to var izdarīt pats sistēmas lietotājs. Sistēma viegli rediģēt esošos uzstādījumus. Sistēma nodrošina pilnīgi sistēmas lietotāju un kompotenšu pievienošanu, labošanu un dzēšanu.

„Document registration and analysis system MII” is developed to help to increase productivity and efficiency of local government and other institutions. With the help of the system it is possible to make document registration and modification, thus replacing previous „cabined” system. By searching for specific parameters, you will be able to find particular document faster, see statistics and whole entirety of registrated documents. In case a need for introduction of new standards appears, it is easy to modify existing properties in the system. The system allows adding new users and other components as well as modifying and deleting them.
