Paleoveģetācijas sastāvs un kūdras uzkrāšanās intensitāte Eipuru un Dzelves-Kroņa purvos

Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot paleoveģetācijas sastāva un kūdras uzkrāšanās intensitātes izmaiņas pētīto Eipuru un Dzelves-Kroņa purvu attīstības gaitā no to veidošanās sākuma pirms 9 000 gadu līdz mūsdienām. Latvijas floras vēstures izzināšanā līdz šim trūkst kompleksu pētījumu par veģetācijas attīstību holocēnā.
Purvu kūdras nogulumi analizēti, izmantojot atšķirīgas pētījumu metodes un nosakot vairākus parametrus. Interpretējot un salīdzinot rezultātus, kas iegūti ar dažādu paleoekoloģisko un citu metožu palīdzību, veiktas daudzpusīgas un salīdzinoši precīzas paleoveģetācijas un paleoekoloģisko apstākļu rekonstrukcijas, kā arī kūdras uzkrāšanās intensitātes izmaiņu aprēķini.
Darbs apkopots 5 nodaļās un noslēgumā. Pētniecisko daļu sastāda izmantoto metožu un materiālu apraksts, kūdras nogulumu analīžu rezultāti un to interpretācija, raksturojot purvu dažādos attīstības posmus. Literāro informāciju papildina kartogrāfiskais materiāls, fotouzņēmumi un attēli, kā arī autores izveidotas sporu-putekšņu procentuālās diagrammas, 3 kūdras sadalīšanās pakāpes un botāniskā sastāva diagrammas un pielikums par pētāmo purvu nogulumos atrastajām augu makroatliekām.
Atslēgvārdi: purvu attīstība, kūdras nogulumi, sporu-putekšņu analīze, paleoveģetācija The aim of the Master’s work is to clear up the composition of paleovegetation and peat accumulation intensity changes during the evolution of the Eipuru and Dzelves-Kroņa bogs chosen for research, starting from the very beginning of their formation 9 000 years BP down through the ages. There is lack of complex investigations on evolution of the Holocene vegetation allowing inquiring the history of Latvian flora.
Peat deposits have been analyzed utilizing diverse methods of investigation and identifying different parameters. By interpretation and compassion of the results gained with the help of various paleoecologic and other methods, the author has carried out comprehensive and comparatively precise reconstructions of paleovegetation and paleoecological conditions, as well as calculations of peat accumulation intensity changes.
The work is summed up with 5 chapters and conclusions. The exploratory part consists of description of methods and materials used and the results and interpretation of peat deposits analysis characterising the different stages of bogs’ evolution. Literary information is supplemented with cartographic materials, photos and pictures, as well as pollen percentage, peat decomposition degree and botanical composition diagrams created by the author and appendix about macro-remains of plants found in the bogs’ deposits.
