Reklāmas diskurss: salīdzinošā grāmatu reklāmu analīze
Аннотации
Šis maģistra darbs salīdzina daiļliteratūras un zinātniskās literatūras grāmatu reklāmu anotāciju žanra īpatnības , lai parādītu to atšķirības teksta etapu uzbūvē un leksiski gramatisko iezīmju lietojumā. Darbā tika secināts, ka žanra un lingvistiskā analīze vien neatspoguļo visas vērtējošās valodas atšķirīgās iezīmes, tādēļ pētījumā tika izmantota adaptētā Novērtējuma (Appraisal) sistēma, lai pārbaudītu vai Martina et al (2005) un Vaitlava et al (2005) struktūras ir savienojamas. Maģistra darba hipotēze tikai daļēji izrādījās pareiza, jo tika atrastas tikai nelielas atšķirības starp daiļliteratūras un zinātniskās literatūras grāmatu reklāmām.

It appeared that the generic analysis and linguistic analysis alone cannot describe all the distinct features of the evaluative language; therefore, a remodelled Appraisal system was also used in order to examine whether it is possible to combine Martin’s et al (2005) and Whitelaw’s et al (2005) frameworks. The hypothesis of the Master Thesis proved only partly to be true as there were found only slight differences between the fiction and nonfiction book blurbs.
