Abstract

Maģistra darba „Imanta Ziedoņa pasakas: tradīcija un novitāte” mērķis ir izpētīt, kas Imanta Ziedoņa pasakās ir novatorisks un kas saglabāts no tradicionālajiem pasaku elementiem. Maģistra darbā atklāta pasakas žanra specifika, kā arī pasakas, rotaļas un darba loma personības veidošanā. Imanta Ziedoņa pasakas apskatītas citu latviešu autoru literāro pasaku un arī laikmeta kontekstā, kas dod iespēju saskatīt Imanta Ziedoņa pasaku novitāti. Pasakas pētītas tēlainības, problemātikas un vēstījuma aspektā, kas iezīmē Imanta Ziedoņa pasaku oriģinalitāti. Maģistra darbs atklāj Imanta Ziedoņa pasakām piemītošo specifiku un rakstnieka oriģinālo stilu. Pētījums ļauj labāk izprast Imanta Ziedoņa ieguldījumu bērnu literatūrā.

The goal of the Master thesis “Imants Ziedonis’ Fairytales: Tradition and Novelty” is to study innovative and traditional elements of Imants Ziedonis’ fairytales. The master thesis presents the peculiarities of fairytale genre, as well as the role of a fairytale, play and work in the development of a personality. Imants Ziedonis’ fairytales are discussed in the context of other Latvian writers’ literary fairytales and time period that enables seeing the novelty of Imants Ziedonis’ fairytales. Fairytales are studied in the aspect of the imagery, problems and narrative that marks the originality of Imants Ziedonis’ fairytales. The Master thesis reveals the specific nature of Imants Ziedonis’ fairytales and the writer’s original style. The study provides for a better understanding of Imants Ziedonis’ contribution to children’s literature.
