Bakalaura darbā “Linarda Tauna lirika kā viņa personības spogulis” pētīta viņa dzejas tematiskā problemātika sasaucē ar viņa biogrāfijas un rakstura iezīmēm, kas veido galvenās viņa dzejas tendences. Detalizēti un hronoloģiskā secībā analizēts viņa dzīves gājums, viņa dzejas nozīmība latviešu literatūrkritikā, pēc tam – dzejas veidošanās un attīstība viņa personības ietekmē. Darba tapšanas gaitā izmantotas 5 metodes: teorētiskajā daļā – biogrāfiskā un kultūrvēsturiskā, praktiskajā daļā – semantiskā, daļēji arī komparatīvā un hermeneitiskā. Darba noslēgumā secināts, ka Linarda Tauna dzeja veidojusies paralēli ar viņa personību, tās abas cieši mijiedarbojas, un dzeja kalpojusi kā viņa pasaules tvēruma atklājēja. The bachelor thesis “Linard’s Tauns Poetics – Mirror of His Personality” is investigating problems of thematic of his poetry in relation to his biographical and character traits, which constitutes his leading poetry tendencies. His course of life, the importance of his poetry in the Latvian literature criticism, then the formation and development of poetry under the influence of his personality have been analyzed in detailed and chronological sequence. Five methods have been applied during the research: in the theoretical part – biographical and heritage, in the practical part – semantic, comparative and hermeneutic (partly) methods. At the end of the thesis it has been concluded that the poetry of Linards Tauns has developed in parallel with his personality, they both interact, and the poetry has served as the discoverer of his world scope.
