Svešvalodu apguves veicināšana , izmantojot sociālo darba formu maiņu mācību procesā

Abstract

Mūsdienās ļoti aktuālas ir kompetences - spēja darboties komandā, kooperēšanās un komunicēšanās spējas, kā arī spēja risināt konfliktus un patstāvība mācībās. Tāpēc nepietiek, ka mācību procesā tiek izmantotas tikai tradicionālās mācību metodes un darba organizācijas formas. Ievērojot iepriekš minēto faktu, autore izvirzījusi kvalifikācijas darba mērķi – izpētīt, vai darba organizācijas formu maiņa mācību procesā veicina svešvalodas apguvi. Izmantojot pētīšanas metodes - pedagoģiski teorētiskās un mācību literatūras studijas, aptauja, mācību līdzekļa analīze, novērošana, pedagoģiskā procesa modelēšana un pašnovērtēšana – autore noskaidro, ka darba organizācijas formu maiņa vācu valodas mācīšanās procesā tiešām veicina svešvalodas apguvi, tomēr vēl aizvien svešvalodu apguves procesā darba organizācijas formu dažādošanai netiek veltīts pietiekoši uzmanības.

In nowadays competences are topical – ability to work in a team, to cooperate and to communicate, as well as ability to solve conflicts and independence in learning. Therefore, it is not enough to use only traditional methods and work management forms in learning process. Taking into consideration previously mentioned fact the author has brought forward the aim of the qualification paper – to study, whether the change of the work management form in the learning process promotes the acquiring of foreign language. Using the research methods – studies of pedagogically theoretical and teaching literature, questionnaire, the analysis of teaching aid, observation, modeling of pedagogic process and self-appraisal – the author clarifies that the change of the work management form in the process of German language acquiring, actually promotes the acquisition of foreign language, however, the differentiation of work management forms in the process of acquiring foreign languages still lacks attention.
