Radioaktīvā farmakoloģiskā preparāta intrarenālā transporta traucējumu noteikšana (pēc scintigrāfijas datiem)

Abstract

Nieru dinamiskā scintigrāfija ir attēldiagnostikas metode, kas atšķirībā no citām metodēm veido anatomiskus un funkcionālus attēlus. Darba mērķis bija izpētīt radiofarmpreparāta intrarenālā transporta rādītājus pacientiem ar normālām nieru funkcijām un patoloģiski izmainītu nieru scintigrāfijas atradni un nieru transplantātu atkarībā no vecuma un dzimuma; salīdzināt radioaktīvā farmakoloģiskā preparāta intrarenālā transporta rādītāju izmaiņas ar nieru patoloģiju. Var secināt, ka intrarenālā transporta rādītāji pacientiem ar normālu un patoloģiski izmainītu nieru scintigrāfijas atradni un nieru transplantātu atšķiras, kā arī tie mainās atkarībā no pacienta dzimuma un vecuma, kā arī var secināt, ka intrarenālā transporta laika pagarinājums nav specifiski patognoms rādītājs kādai noteiktai nieru patoloģijai.

Renal functions are damaged in many nephrologic and urologic diseases. The aim of this study was to find out the characters of radiopharmaceutical intrarenal transport disturbances for patients with normal renal functions, pathologic findings and renal transplant and their correlation with patient age and gender; to compare radiopharmaceutical intrarenal transport disturbances with pathologic findings. It can be concluded that intrarenal transport characters for patients with normal renal functions and for patients with renal pathology and renal transplant differs and change depending on patient age and gender. It can be concluded that intrarenal transport time prolongation is not specifically pathognomic for specific renal pathology.
