Sekundārās un terciāras aprūpes pēctecība terapeitiskiem pacientiem

Pētījuma mērėis ir noskaidrot- kāda ir aprūpes pēctecība pacientiem izrakstoties no
stacionāra. Pētījumā, kā teorētiskais pamatojums izmantota K. Rojas adaptācijas teorija.
Aprūpes pēctecība veicina pacienta adaptāciju attiecīgajiem apstākĜiem , kad pacienta veselība
nav atjaunojama pilnīgi , bet uzturama pēc iespējas optimālā līmenī.
Māsām ir lielas iespējas un potenciāls piedalīties aprūpes pēctecības nodrošināšanā. Lai
nodrošinātu aprūpes pēctecību, māsai jāiegūst daudzpusīgas zināšanas par aprūpes pēctecības
nozīmi un par katru no aprūpes pēctecības daĜām.
Pētījums veikts, analizējot 51 respondenta slimības vēstures izraksta/ epikrīzes daĜu un
trīs intervijas ar respondentiem. Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus, var secināt, ka aprūpes
pēctecība tiek nodrošināta tikai nedaudz vairāk kā pusei respondentu.
Pētījuma ietvaros izmantots 31 literatūras avots. Izmantota literatūra latviešu , angĜu un
krievu valodā.

optimal level when it can’t be renewed completly. The nurses have great possibilities and
potential to take part in the providing of the continuity of the care. To provide the continuity
of the care nurses need to achieve variet knowledges about the importance and stucture of it.
The objective of the study is to find out the continuity of the care for therapheutic patients
after discharge. The Roy Adaptation Model is used as theoretical base.
Researcher has analysed hospital documentation of 51 patients and has interviewed three
respondents It has been found out that only a bit more than half of respondents receive the
continuity of the care.
