Stresa izvērtējums ķirurģijas māsu praksē

Bakalaura darba tēma „Stresa izvērtējums ķirurģijas māsu praksē”. Darbs tiek veikts ar mērķi noskaidrot, cik bieža ir medicīnas māsām saskarsme ar stresu ikdienas darbā. Analizējot pētījuma rezultātus tika konstatēts, ka stresa mazināšanai ir jāmaina medicīnas māsu darba apstākļi. Kā, piemēram, darba intensitāte un apjoma samazināšana, māsu darba grafiku pārskatīšana.
Darbā veikta zinātniskās literatūras apraksts par stresa izpausmi, kā arī veikts pētījums par stresa ietekmi medicīnas māsu darbā.
Darbā ir teorētiskā un pētniecības daļa, secinājumi, pielikumi.
Darbs sastāv no 48 lpp. Darba pētījuma daļā veiktas intervijas ar 20 respondentiem vienā no Kurzemes slimnīcām. Darba rezultāti apkopoti, izanalizēti un attēloti 6 tabulās.

The purpose of making this work was to realize how often nurses are at the interface of stress. By analyzing the results of research, it was found that, in purpose to decrease stress, nurses’ work conditions must be changed, for example, decreasing the intensity and amount of work. This bachelor’s work contains the description from scientific literature of the display of stress, as well as research about the influence of stress in nurses’ labor. Work includes theoretical and research parts, conclusions and additions.
Work consists of 48 pages. Research part was achieved by interviewing 20 people in one of the hospitals in Kurzeme. The results of the work are codified, analyzed and represented in 6 charts.
