Darbā tiek apskatītas nodarbināto veselības problēmas, strādājot ar datoru, kā arī izstrādāti preventīvi pasākumi, kas vērsti uz veselības veicināšanu darbā pie datora, lai darbs būtu efektīvāks un nekaitīgāks.
Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Literatūras daļā analizēta pieejamā literatūra par datora ietekmi uz nodarbināto veselību. Darba praktiskajā daļā, izmantojot anketēšanu, tika pētīti farmaceitu darba apstākļi, subjektīvas izjūtas, strādājot ar datoru, kā arī tika pielietots darba stresa indikators, lai izzinātu stresa līmeni strādājot aptiekā. Pētījums tika veikts, analizējot 100 farmaceitu anketas.
Darba gaitā tika iegūts apstiprinājums hipotēzei, ka nepievēršot uzmanību pareizai darba dienas un arī darba vietas organizācijai, darbs ar datoriem var radīt nopietnas veselības problēmas.
Secinājumi ir apkopoti darba beigās. Izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi.
Darba apjoms 42 lpp., kas sastāv no 3 galvenām daļām un apakšnodaļām. Darbā ir 19 attēli. Latviešu valodā.

In this work the following problems are discussed: ergonomics, computer ergonomics, ergonomic standards for computer workstation, health disorders caused by use of computers, as well as preventive measures, namely, how to prevent health problems and make computer use more effective and healthy.
The work cinsists from 3 parts. In the 1st part literature analysis is done. In the practical part of the work, pharmacists working conditions, subjective feelings on working with computers were examined using questionnaires, as well as the occupational stress indicator was used in order to establish the level of stress working in a pharmacy. The study was conducted analyzing 100 questionnaires filled out by pharmacists.
During the work process for this master’s work, there has been achieved the confirmation, that without paying attention to the proper working day and the workplace organization, work with computers will lead to serious health problems.
The main conclusions can be found in the end of this master’s work. Preventive measures are elaborate.
Work consists of 42 pages and it is divided in 3 parts and chapters. There have been used 19 images in this work. The master`s work is done in Latvian.
