Fiziskas slodzes ietekme uz farmaceita darba spējām

Abstract

Latvijā tāpat, kā citur pasaulē un Eiropā strauji pieaug fiziskās slodzes izraisītās veselības problēmas. Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Literatūras daļā analizēta literatūra par slodzes ietekmi uz nodarbinātiem. 2. daļā aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes, bet 3. daļā analizēti iegūtie rezultāti. Secināts, ka farmaceiti savā ikdienas darbā pakļauti piespiedu darba pozām stāvus un nereti izjūt diskomfortu un pat sāpes atsevišķās ķermeņa daļās. Tās saistīts ar ergonomisko risku nelabvēlīgo ietekmi uz strādājošo. Izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi, kas vērsti uz veselības veicināšanu darbā un darbspēju saglabāšanu. Darbs izpildīts uz 60 lapām. In Latvia, as well as in other world and Europe, physical load caused health problems are rapidly growing. The present paper consists of three parts. In the theoretical part the literature on impact of the physical load on employee is analyzed. In the second part the applied methods are described; in the third part the author of the paper has analyzed obtained results. Pharmacists are forced to work daily in certain operating poses and often feel themselves uncomfortable and complain pain of body. That brings the unwanted ergonomic risk for employee. The preventive measures have been developed that focus on health promotion during the work-time and workability maintaining. Paper consists of 60 pages. There are 17 pictures, 7 tables, 3 appendixes. The work has been written in Latvian language.
