Krīzes apstākļos uzņēmumam jāstrādā un vadītājiem jāvada savi darbinieki paaugstināta stresa apstākļos. Viens no veiksmīga uzņēmuma darbības stūrakmeņiem ir – efektīva iekšējā komunikācija uzņēmumā. Pareizi, laicīgi un efektīvi informēti darbinieki uzņēmuma šodien ir viena no lielākajām vērtībām.
Šis darbs ietvēra šādus uzdevumus:
•izpētīt iekšējo komunikācijas sistēmu If P&C Insurance AS Latvijas filiālē;
•noskaidrot uzņēmuma darbinieku viedokli par komunikācijas efektivitāti uzņēmumā,
•izstrādāt priekšlikumus iekšējās komunikācijas uzlabošanai If P&C Insurance AS Latvijas filiālē.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas
Darba gaitā tika veikts pētījums anketējot uzņēmuma darbiniekus un intervējot uzņēmuma vadošos darbiniekus tā rezultātā iegūstot informāciju par iekšējās komunikācijas pielietošanu un efektivitāti uzņēmumā.

In such times during crises, the company must regulate nominal work practices and managers must insure management of their employees high level of stress and welfare.
One of the cornerstones of a successful enterprise is the effective internal communication within the company. An employee which is correct, on time, prompt and informed will always maintain a level of high efficiency and work ethic. These key values make a productable and practical employee.
This work included the following tasks:
•Examining the internal communication system of If P & C Insurance JSC Latvian branch
•Revealing the companies employees views on the communication efficiency of the enterprise,
•give suggestions on how to improve internal communication in If P&C Insurance AS.
Work consist of theoretical and practical part.
During the practical sessions, the company employees were given survey and some of company leaders were intervied individually.The outcome of this was helped obtain information of the use of internal communications and the effectiveness of the company.
