Abstract

Autores pētījuma tēma ir „Sociālais darbs slimnīcās”. Šajā pētījumā autore pievērš uzmanību sociālā darba slimnīcās specifikai un aktualitātei, kā arī tiek veikts teorētisks sociālā darba slimnīcās raksturojums, izmantojot teorētisko literatūru un citus avotus. Darbā tiek analizēta sociālā darbinieka loma sociālajā darbā slimnīcās. Pētījuma mērķis ir teorētiski un empīriski pētīt sociālo darbu slimnīcās. Pētījuma uzdevumi saistīti ar sociālā darba slimnīcās teorētisko raksturojumu, sociālā darba slimnīcās specifikas un aktualitātes teorētisko analīzi un sociālā darbinieka lomas sociālajā darbā slimnīcās analīzi. Darbā tiek veikts arī empīrisks pētījums, kura laikā tiek pētīts sociālā darba slimnīcās prakses raksturojums speciālistu skatījumā. Pētot šo problēmu teorētiski, autore secina, ka sociālajiem darbiniekiem nepieciešamas pamatzināšanas medicīnā, lai kvalitatīvi varētu veikt sociālo darbu slimnīcās. Vēl autore secina, ka sociālajam darbam slimnīcās ir īpaša specifika, jo sociālajiem darbiniekiem slimnīcās ir jāstrādā ar cilvēkiem, kuriem ir veselības problēmas un tādējādi sociālajam darbiniekam ir nepieciešamas papildus zināšanas medicīnā. The subject of the authors reasearch is „Social work in hospitals”. In this work author mostly attends to the specificity and topicality of the social work in hospitals, there’s also theorectical characteristics of the social work in hospitals, based on the theorectical literature and other sources. In this work is analyzed social workers role in the social work in hospitals. The goal of this research was to theorectically and empirically observe the social work in hospitals. The tasks are related with theorectical characteristics of the social work in hospitals, with theorectical analyze of specificity and topicality of the social work in hospitals and with social workers roles in the social work in hospital. In this work are carried out empirical research, in witch are researched practical characteristic in view of expert in social work in hospitals. Theoretical study of the problem leads the author to conclude that in qualitative social work in hospitals social workers necessary to have basic knowledge in medicine. More author conclude that social work in hospitals have special specificity, because social workers in hospital works withs people witch have health problems and so social workers is necessary to have knowledge in medicine.
