Malienas jauniešu identitāte 21. gadsimtā

Abstract

Maģistra darba ”Malienas jauniešu identitāte 21. gadsimtā” mērķis ir pētīt Malienas jauniešu identitātes 21. gadsimtā iezīmes un analizēt tās sociālo struktūru. Pētījums kopumā balstīts sociālā konstruktīvisma pieejā. Tā teorētisko bāzi veido sociālā konstruktīvisma nostādnes attiecībā uz identitātes veidošanos, kā arī identitātes jēdziena skaidrojums no dažādām teorētiskām perspektīvām. Pētījumā pamata empīrisko datu ieguvei izmantota autobiogrāfiskā metode. Papildus izmantotas daļēji strukturētas intervijas un fokusgrupas diskusija. Galvenie secinājumi atklāj Malienas jauniešu identitāti un piederības sajūtu, valodas un vietējās kopienas atšķirības no pārējiem latviešiem un šīs atšķirības veidojošus nosacījumus. The aim of the master’s thesis “Maliena’s youth identity in 21st century” is to study features of Maliena’s youth identity in 21st century and analyze its social structure. The study is based on the approach of social constructivism. The theoretical framework is built on social constructivism’s viewpoint on the formation of identity, as well as an explanation of the concept of identity from a variety of theoretical perspectives. The autobiographical method is the main method used for collection of empirical data. Additional methods used are semi-structured and focus-group discussion. The main conclusions discover Maliena’s youth identity and sense of belonging, differences of language and the local community from other Latvians and forming conditions of these differences.
