"Mēs/viņi" diskursa konstrukcija 1989. gada 23. augusta akcijai "Baltijas ceļš" veltītajās publikācijās (1989., 1999., 2004.)

Abstract

1989. gada 23. augusta manifestācija “Baltijas ceļš” pasaules apziņā iesakņojusies kā nevardarbīgās pretošanās fenomens padomju režīmam. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatītie “mediju notikuma” un “rituāla” koncepti sniedz padziļinātu ieskatu vēstures fenomenu iesakņošanās procesos kolektīvajā atmiņā. Darbā iekļautajos “Baltijas ceļa” organizatoru, dalībnieku un garīgo atbalstītāju vērtējumos akcija saglabājusies kā Baltijas tautu vienotības kulminācija un neatkārtojamas sajūsmas mirklis. Izmantojot diskursa vēsturisko metodi, tika pētīts “mēs”–”viņi” diskurss “Baltijas ceļam” kā notikumam, desmitajai un piecpadsmitajai gadskārtai veltītajās publikācijās. Secinājumos atspoguļots “mēs”–”viņi” grupu nošķīrums un tā izmaiņas laika gaitā.

The Baltic Way (August 23, 1989) action is a well–known phenomenon of a peaceful protest against the Soviet regime. To show the deep insight into the process of the ingraining the historical phenomenon into the collective memory, the concepts of “media event” and “ritual” are examined in the theoretical part of the paper. Memories of the organizers, participants and believers, who estimate the Baltic Way as the highest point of solidarity between the Baltic nations and a unique moment of ecstasy, are also discussed in this paper. “We”–”them” discourse in the publications devoted to the Baltic Way action and its 10th and 15th anniversary was researched using the discourse–historical method. “We”–”them” discourse and its differences in different time periods are presented in the concluding part of the paper.
