Ārvalstu investīcijas kā varas stiprināšanas faktors Krievijā Federācijā

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Krievijas īstenoto politiku saistībā ar ārvalstu tiešajām investīcijām (ĀTI). Darbā tiek meklēta atbilde uz jautājumu: kādu lomu Krievijas politiskā elite piešķir ĀTI iekšpolitikā un ārpolitikā, ņemot vērā, ka tai ir iespējams ietekmēt ĀTI ar likumdošanas palīdzību. Darbā ir izvirzīta hipotēze: Krievijas politiskā elite izmanto ārvalstu tiešās investīcijas savas politiskās varas stiprināšanai valsts iekšienē un Krievijas ietekmes stiprināšanai starptautiskajā arēnā. Darbā Krievijas politikas un ekonomikas saikne tiek vērtēta no reālisma teorijas pozīcijām. Darbā tiek aplūkotas Krievijas ārpolitikas konceptuālie dokumenti, ar investīcijām saistītie likumi un praktiskā rīcība iekšpolitikā un ārpolitikā.

The goal is to explore Russian implemented politics in connection with foreign direct investments (FDI). The paper aims to find the answer to the question: what role Russian political elite assigns to FDI in domestic and foreign policy considering that Russian political elite can influence FDI with a help of the legislation. The following hypothesis has been made in the paper: the Russian political elite use foreign direct investments for the strengthening of its political power within the country and the strengthening of Russian influence in the international arena. In this work, Russian economic and political bound has been evaluated from the point of view of the realist theory positions. Russian foreign policy documents, investment related laws and the practical behavior in the domestic and foreign policy will be viewed in this paper.
