Spēka perspektīva klienta sociālā gadījuma vadīšanā

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „Spēka perspektīva klienta sociālā gadījuma vadīšanā”. Šī darba mērķis ir pētīt spēka perspektīvu klienta sociālā gadījuma vadīšanā. Diplomdarbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek teorētiski pētīta sociālā gadījuma vadīšana. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikts spēka perspektīvas sociālajā darbā raksturojums. Trešajā nodaļā teorētiski tiek pētīta spēka perspektīva sociālā gadījuma vadīšanā, raksturojot spēka perspektīvas principus un stratēģijas, klienta spēku novērtēšanu, Aiovas gadījuma vadīšanas modeli kā piemēru un spēka perspektīvas iespējas. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek pētīta spēka perspektīvas pielietošana klienta sociālā gadījuma vadīšanā. Piektā nodaļā tiek noskaidroti sociālo darbinieku viedokļi par spēka perspektīvas nozīmi klienta sociālā gadījuma vadīšanā. Galvenie secinājumi un ieteikumi ir: sociālā gadījuma vadīšanas praksē tiek izmantota spēka perspektīva, tā ir balstīta uz klienta pašnoteikšanās veicināšanu un nepieciešamo pakalpojumu koordinēšanu. Sociālā gadījuma vadīšana lielākoties notiek, balstoties uz klienta ārējiem resursiem, tomēr tieši iekšējo spēku attīstīšana var veicināt klienta patstāvību un neatkarību no sociālajiem pakalpojumiem. Sociālie darbinieki saskata nepieciešamību ieviest spēka perspektīvu sociālā gadījuma vadīšanā plašākā mērogā, lai to realizētu, nepieciešams izstrādāt rokasgrāmatu par spēka perspektīvu sociālā darba speciālistiem un organizēt izglītojošus seminārus. The subject diploma paper is „The strengths perspective in client’s social case management.” The aim of the diploma paper is to research the strengths perspective in client’s social case management. Diploma paper consists of five chapters. In the first chapter the case management was theoretically researched. In the second chapter was done description of the strengths perspective in the social work. In the third chapter by describing principles and strategies of strengths perspective, client’s strengths assessment, the Iowa case management model as an example and opportunities of strengths perspective, the strengths perspective in client’s social case managements was theoretically researched. In the fourth chapter the using of the strenghts prespective in client’s social case management was empirically researched. In the fifth chapter social worker’s point of view about the strengths perspective’s meaning in client’s social management was funded out. The main conclusions and recommendations are: in the practice of social case management is used strengths perspective by workers, it is based on the promotion of client’s self determination and the coordination of social services. The social case management mostly is performed based on the client’s external resources, however exactly the developing of internal strengths may contribute client’s independence of social services. Social workers sees a need to implant the strengths perspective in client’s social case management wider, to realize it, is necessary to work out the handbook about strengths perspective to social work specialists and to organize educational seminars.
