Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Latvijas Republikas Zemessardzes reprezentācija interneta ziņu vietnēs” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā Zemessardzi reprezentē interneta ziņu vietnēs “Delfi”, “TvNet”, “LSM.lv”, “Diena.lv”, “LA.lv”, “NRA.lv”, “Sargs”, “Dzirkstele.lv”, “ZZ.lv”, “Bauskasdzive.lv”, “Staburags.lv”, “Ziemellatvija.lv”, “Aluksniesiem.lv”, “Rekurzeme.lv”. Pētījuma objekts ir interneta portāli un divi nozares speciālisti. Darba problēma ir Zemessardzes epizodiskā parādīšanās medijos. Darbā izmantota reprezentācijas teorija, apskatīta bruņoto formējumu loma. Pētījuma metodes ir kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze, rāmējuma analīze un daļēji strukturētas intervijas. Darbā noskaidrots, ka Zemessardzes reprezentācija mainījusies ārpolitisku notikumu iespaidā. Zemessardze kopumā attēlota atbilstoši Latvijas aizsardzības stratēģijai.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out, how the Latvian National Guard is represented in online news sites “Delfi”, “TvNet”, “LSM.lv”, “Diena.lv”, “LA.lv”, “NRA, lv”, “Sargs”, “Dzirkstele.lv”, “ZZ.lv”, “Bauskasdzive.lv”, “Staburags.lv”, “Ziemellatvija.lv”, “Aluksniesiem.lv”, “Rekurzeme.lv”. The problem of the study is episodic appearance of the Latvian National Guard in online news sites. The theoretical basis of this bachelor thesis includes theory of representation and role of armed forces. Content analysis, framing analysis and semi-structured interviews are used as methods of research. The research reveals, the impact of political situation on the changes of representation of the Latvian National Guard. In general The National Guard is represented according to its strategic role in state defense system.
