Informācijas sistēmas "DocLogix" funkcionalitāte un izmantošanas iespējas

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Informācijas sistēmas „DocLogix” funkcionalitāte un izmantošanas iespējas” mērķis ir izpētīt sistēmas „DocLogix” funkcionālos risinājumus un to izmantošanu iestādē „X”. Veiktais pētījums apstiprināja, ka iestādē „X” izmantotie sistēmas „DocLogix” risinājumi daļēji atbilst paraugprasībām. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina par to, ka sistēmas „DocLogix” funkcionalitāte tiek izmantota daļēji un lielākā daļa lietotāju ir apmierināti ar to. Pamatojoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, tika izstrādāti ieteikumi sistēmas „DocLogix” funkcionalitātes pilnīgākai izmantošanai, kā rezultātā varētu tikt uzlabota dokumentu aprite iestādē „X”. The purpose of the Master’s Thesis „Possibilities of Functionality and Use of information System DocLogix” is to research the functional solutions of the system DocLogix and their use in the institution X. The performed research confirmed that the solutions of the system DocLogix used in the institution X partially meet the sample requirements. The obtained results demonstrate that the functionality of the system DocLogix is being used partially and the largest proportion of users are satisfied with it. Based on the results obtained during the research, recommendations were developed for more comprehensive use of the functionality of the system DocLogix that could result in improving document circulation in the institution X.
