Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt mikrobioloģiskas laboratorijas darbu un pierādīt, ka to ir iespējams pilniīgi automatizēt. Darbā tiek pētīts mikrobioloģiskā izmeklējuma process. Tiek nodefinēti un aprakstīti procesa etapi, kā arī to automatizācijas iespējas. Tiek aplūkotas mikrobioloģisko datu pārvaldības sistēmas komponentes, un ir izanalizētas svarīgākas problēmas tādas sistēmas izstrādē. Darba rezultātā tiek pierādīts, ka, izmantojot tehnikas un informātikas sasniegumus, ir iespējams būtiski optimizēt mikrobioloģiskas laboratorijas darbu un palielināt izmeklējuma rezultātu kvalitāti.
