| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „ SIA „KTB Stende” saimnieciskās darbības analīze”.
Maģistra darba mērķis ir analizēt un izvērtēt uzņēmuma SIA „KTB Stende” saimniecisko darbību sākot ar 2007. gadu līdz 2010. gada beigām, un, pamatojoties uz aprēķinātajiem rādītājiem un to analīzes rezultātiem un konstatētajām problēmām, izdarīt secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma vadībai saimnieciskās darbības pilnveidošanā nākotnē.
Teorētiski apskatīti saimnieciski finansiālās analīzes svarīgākie rādītāji , t.i., finanšu stabilitātes un maksātspējas, līdzekļu ekonomiskās aktivitātes, izmaksu un rentabilitātes rādītāji. Apskatītas maksātnespējas pazīmes un uzņēmuma finansiālās situācijas stabilizēšanas pasākumi.
Praktiskajā daļā autore veic SIA „KTB Stende” saimnieciski finansiālo analīzi par 2007., 2008., 2009., 2010. gadiem, novērtējot sabiedrības saimnieciski finansiālā stāvokļa izmaiņas analizējamā periodā un salīdzinot tās ar nozares sabiedrības SIA „Agro Tukums” rādītājiem par atbilstošo periodu. Veikta apgrozījuma un izmaksu analīze, kā arī bankrota iespējamības prognozēšana.
Analītiskajā daļā autore nosaka SIA „KTB Stende” saimnieciski finansiālā stāvokļa izmaiņu cēloņus, kā arī izsaka piedāvājumus esošās situācijas uzlabošanai, kurus sabiedrības vadība varētu izmantot turpmāko finansiālo lēmumu pieņemšanā.
Maģistra apjoms ir 114 lappuses, kas sastāv no 4 nodaļām un 40 pielikumiem.

| dc.description.abstract | The title of the Master work is „The business analysis of the KTB Stende Ltd".
The purpose of the Master work is to analyze and evaluate the company "KTB Stende” economic activity after 2007. year by end of the year 2010, and on the basis of the calculated results, make analysis and identify any problems, draw conclusions and make suggestions to the management of economic development activities in the future.
Theoretical part deals with economic analysis of the key financial indicators, namely, financial stability and solvency, funds of economic activity, cost and profitability. Viewed signs of insolvency and the company's financial measures to stabilize the situation.
The practical part the author makes commercial financial analysis of the "KTB Stende” Ltd. of the 2007th, 2008th, 2009th, 2010th years, assessing the company's economic changes in financial position during the period analyzed, and compared them with the public sector “Agro Tukums „Ltd figures for the corresponding period. Performed sales and cost analysis, as well as the likely failure of foresight.
Analysis describes the author provides "KTB Stende” Ltd. economic causes of changes in financial position, and give offerings to improve the current situation in which the Company's management for future financial decisions.
The amount of Master work is 114 pages, consisting of 4 chapters and 40 appendices.
