Šis pētījums ir par vienu no visaktuālākajām mūsdienu jauniešu problēmām – bezdarbu. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, kur katrā ir analizēta problemātika no dažādiem skatpunktiem.
Pirmajā nodaļā analizēti jauniešu bezdarba un sociālās atstumtības pētījumu rezultāti, kā arī izvērtētas nozīmīgākās un jaunākās zinātniskās publikācijas.
Otrajā nodaļā pētīta situācija Latvijā un pārējās Eiropas Savienības valstīs, analizējot, kādi pasākumi kādā konkrētā valstī tiek veikti, lai samazinātu jauniešu bezdarbu.
Trešajā nodaļā izvērtēts jauniešu bezdarbs Latvijā, analizējot jauniešu bezdarba galvenos iemeslus, ņemot vērā tieši Latvijas specifisko ekonomisko stāvokli. Šajā nodaļā iekļauti arī pētījuma ietvaros veiktās aptaujas rezultāti un intervijas ar NVA ekspertiem. This research is about one of the most common problems for youth - the unemployment. The research consists of 3 chapters, where in each of them is described the main problems of the subject from different angles.
In the first chapter is described about youth unemployment and social exclusion in theory, as well as latest researches about the problem.
In second chapter is researched the situation in Latvia and other countries of the European Union, describing current trends and policies.
In the third chapter is described youth unemployment in Latvia, describing the main reasons of Latvian youth to be unemployed according to specific situation in Latvian economy, and including the results of the conducted survey and interviews of SEA experts.
