Nepārtrauktas darba apstākļu vadīšanas sistēmas ekonomiskās sekas

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: Nepārtrauktas darba apstākļu vadīšanas sistēmas ekonomiskās sekas. Zinātniskais darbs sastāv no četrām daļām, kurās iekļauti ražošanas faktoru un to vadības ekonomisko apstākļu analīze, droša darba būtība, organizācija un vadības pamatnostādnes, vadīšanas apstākļu ekonomiskā analīze, nelaimes gadījumu rezultātā radītie zaudējumu aprēķins un analīze un SIA „Gādība” vadīšanas sistēmas efektivitātes aprēķini, darba secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Zinātniskais darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi izvērtēt Nepārtrauktas darba apstākļu vadīšanas sistēmas ekonomiskās sekas. Vadīšanas sistēmā iekļauta arī darba aizsardzības sistēma, kas prasa finansu līdzekļu ieguldīšanu. Ieguldījumu efektivitātes un lietderības apsvērumi salīdzinājumā ar neplānotiem zaudējumiem, saistītiem ar negadījumu seku novēršanas zaudējumiem ir izskatīti darbā. Secinājumi un priekšlikumi, kas ir veikti darbā, palīdzēs uzņēmuma vadībai motivēt ieguldījumus vadīšanas sistēmas organizēšanā, novērtēt tās darbības efektivitāti un veikt ekonomiskus aprēķinus finansu līdzekļu ieguldīšanas atmaksāšanai. This scientific work has the subject “Research on Economical Consequences of Working Conditions Continuous Management System Implementation”, contains four parts and includes the analysis of production circumstances and the economical aspects of their management, the meaning of the safe work, the basic organization and management orientation, the economical analysis of management conditions, the material losses calculation and their analysis in case of the accidents at work, the administration system of SIA „Gadiba” effectiveness analysis, conclusions and suggestions. The main goal of this scientific work is to evaluate the economical consequences of the continuous working condition management system. The system of the labour protection is always inscribed in the management system and requires an appropriate financial investment. In this work considered the effectiveness of such investments and their expediency in comparison with an unexpected spendings related to the possible accident consequences cover. Included in this work conclusions and suggestions could help company administration to motivate the investments in management system organisation, evaluate the effectiveness of its work and make the calculation of invested funds recompensation.
