Eiropas Savienības fondu līdzekļu ietekme uz reģionālo attīstību Latvijā
Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Eiropas Savienības fondu līdzekļu ietekme uz reģionālo attīstību Latvijā”.
Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt reģionālu politiku raksturojošu radītāju dinamiku kopš Latvijas iestāšanas ES un ES fondu finansējuma sadali starp Latvijas plānošanas reģioniem.
Ekonomiski atpalikuši reģioni ir sāpīga problēma jebkurā valstī, jo līdz ar bezdarba un nabadzības līmeņa pieaugumu paaugstinās noziedzības līmenis, narkomānija, alkoholisms un rezultātā iestājas vispārēja sociālā degradācija, kas var izplatīties visā valstī un radīt dziļu ekonomisko krīzi. Tieši tāpēc ir ārkārtīgi svarīgi pareizi pielietot struktūrpolitikas instrumentu un pasākumu kopumu, lai stimulētu ekonomikas augšupeju, vairotu labklājību atpalikušajā rajonā un maksimāli novērstu šādu nelabvēlīgu situāciju rašanās iespējamību nākotnē.
Pamatojoties uz darbā veiktiem pētījumiem, tika izdarīti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi.

The goal of the thesis is to analyze the dynamics describing regional policy since Latvia joined EU and EU funds financing distribution between the Latvian planning regions.
Economically lagging behind regions are painful problem in any country as with increasing of unemployment and poverty levels is rising crime rate, drug addiction, alcoholism and leads to a general social degradation that can spread out throughout the country and cause deep economic crisis. That is why it is extremely important to properly apply the structural instruments and measures to stimulate economic growth, enhance well-being of the undeveloped region and to prevent such negative situations arising in the future.
On the basis of the thesis research were committed conclusions and were set suggestions.
