Iekšējo un ārējo faktoru nozīme AS "Latvijas Valsts meži" attīstībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Iekšējo un ārējo faktoru nozīme AS „Latvijas valsts meži” attīstībā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir gūt objektīvu novērtējumu par iekšējo un ārējo faktoru ietekmi uz AS „Latvijas valsts meži” attīstību apskatot stratēģiskās vadīšanas analīzes metodes SWOT rezultātus kopā ar finanšu analīzes metodēm un izstrādāt priekšlikumus SWOT analīzes uzlabošanai un uzņēmuma darbības pilnveidošanai. Dots priekšlikums pilnveidot uzņēmuma SWOT analīzi pārklasificējot neprecīzi nodefinētos uzņēmuma darbību ietekmējošos iekšējos un ārējos faktorus. Bakalaura darbā veiktā analīze pamatojas uz zinātnisko literatūru, pieejamajiem statistikas datiem un uzņēmuma nepublicētajiem materiāliem. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 65 lapas. Theme of Bachelor’s paper is "Influence of Internal and External Factors on the Development of "Latvijas valsts meži" plc." The objective of the Bachelor’s Paper is to obtain an evaluation about influence of internal and external factors of development of “Latvijas valsts meži” plc through strategic management analysis method SWOT results together with financial analysis method results and make recommendations to improve SWOT analysis and to improve business in general. The author made recommendation to improve the SWOT analysis with relocation of internal and external factors. Bachelor’s analysis work and study is based on the scientific literature, the available statistics and unpublished materials. Bachelor’s paper consists of total of 65 pages, 22 figures and 13 tables and 4 annexes. The key words: internal and external factors, SWOT analysis, financial analysis.
