Abstract
Darba analītiskajā daļā, balstoties uz plašu informācijas klāstu, tiek
analizēti visi Latvijas Universitātes piedāvātie videoservisi, apskatot un
salīdzinot vadošos videoservisu un straumēšanu nodrošinošos protokolus un
dažādas tīkla iekārtas. Praktiskajā darba daļā autors izstrādā un piedāvā
ieviešanai videoservisu tīkla izveides un attīstības modeli, kas ļautu Latvijas
Universitātē ieviest pasaulē ļoti aktuālo IP telefonijas pakalpojumu un veidot
mūsdienīgu komunikāciju, izmantojot dažādas saturiskas un audiovizuālas
aplikācijas. Autors sniedz konkrētus ierosinājumus, kā būtiski uzlabot Latvijas
Universitātes piedāvāto videoservisu efektivitāti. Darba izstrādē pielietotas
dažādas metodes- galvenokārt internetā, masu medijos un dažādu autoru
darbos atrodamās informācijas apkopošana, kā arī autora izdarīta analīze
Latvijas Universitātes informāciju tehnoloģiju departamentā, kas ir
struktūrvienība, kas nodrošina videoservisa pakalpojumus visai Latvijas
Universitātei. Galvenā darba problemātika ir rast atbildi uz Latvijas
Universitātei aktuālo jautājumu – kā veidot un saglabāt mūsdienīgas
universitātes tēlu, kā arī turēties līdzi modernāko starptautisko universitāšu
sasniegumiem videoservisu piedāvājuma ziņā? Darbā autors veic rūpīgu
izpēti no abām pusēm – gan veicot rūpīgu teorijas analīzi, gan inspicējot
eksistējošo sistēmu Latvijas Universitātē, lai varētu sniegt ierosinājumus tās
uzlabošanai. Tieši šī iemesla dēļ darbs ir izmantojams arī citu organizāciju
videoservisu sistēmu izvērtēšanai un pilnveides veidu rašanai, ieviešot dzīvē
izteiktos priekšlikumus.
In this paperwork`s analytic part based on wide exposure of information, has been analysed all the wide scale of videoservises, provided by University of Latvia, both by rewieving and comparing different kinds of protocols and net hardware providing videoservices and streaming. In practical part there has been summarized data of investigation made by author, about how do enliven net model of videoservices` organizing and development. This model would allow University of Latvia to establish service of IP telephony and to found modern communication by using different applications both in content and audio visual form. The author gives concrete suggestions, how to improve the efectivity of videservices, provided by University of Latvia. In elaboration of this paperwork, there has been used different metods – mostly summarizing of information from internet, mass media and in paperworks of different authors, and also analysis made by author of department of Information technologies in University of Latvia, that is main department providing videoservices for all the university. The main question of this paperwork is to find answer to a very important question nowadays for University of Latvia – how to establish and maintain image of modern university and how to be in same level of development with most modern international universities in field of videoservices? There has been made careful research from both sides – by making analysis of theory and making inspection in existing system in University of Latvia, for getting suggestions how to improve it. That is why, alike as in practical part, this paperwork could be used in apprizing other systems of videoservices in different organizations and could help in finding ways for improvement of these systems in real life.
