Fūzijas rezervju novērtēšana ar dažādām metodēm

Darba mērķis ir salīdzināt tradicionālās un datorizētās fūzijas rezervju novērtēšanas metodes skrīninga apstākļos. 137 skolēniem tika noteiktas pozitīvās un negatīvās fūzijas rezerves, izmantojot tradicionālo metodi - prizmu lineālu un datorizētās metodes, kas veidotas pēc izkliedēto punktu un tranaglifu principiem. Izmantojot tradicionālo metodi skrīninga apstākļos, lielam skaitam dalībnieku fūzijas rezerves neatbilst pieņemtajām normām (samazinātas pozitīvās fūzijas rezerves - 68 %, negatīvās fūzijas rezerves - 89 %). Rezultāti parāda, ka fūzijas rezervju mērījumi, kas iegūti ar datorizētajām metodēm, nav salīdzināmi ar mērījumiem, kas iegūti ar tradicionālo metodi. Starp fūzijas rezervju vērtībām pastāv vāja korelācija. Tā cēlonis varētu būt pielietoto metožu atšķirīgie darbības principi (piemēram, mērījuma soļa lielums). The aim of this study is to evaluate usability of computer-aided tests for determining fusional reserves in school screening. Positive and negative fusional reserves were determined for 137 students with the traditional method - a prism bar and with computer based methods - random dot stereogram and tranaglyph method. Using the traditional method in school screening, the most part of participants had decreased fusional reserves (decreased positive fusional reserves had 68% of participants and negative fusional reserves - 89%). The results show that fusional reserve measurements obtained with computer-based methods can not be compared with measurements obtained with the traditional method. The correlation between results is weak. The reason could be different principles of methods (for example, step size of the measurement).
