Mūsdienu globalizācijas pasaulē jebkurā tautsaimniecības sfērā arvien lielāku lomu spēlē darba un procesu kvalitātes organizēšana, kas balstās uz atzītiem standartiem. Viena no atzītākajām standartu grupām ir ISO standarti.
Tas arī bija iemesls, kāpēc „Dati Exigen Group” jau 1999. gadā ieguva ISO 9001/2000 sertifikātu, kas ir apliecinājums programmatūras izstrādāšanas kvalitātei.
Daži „Dati Exigen Group” procesi un izstrādāšanas aspekti vēl līdz šīm brīdim nav specificēti pēc ISO standartiem. Pārsvarā tās ir pamata procesa papildus lietas. Viena no tām ir „Dati Exigen Group” datu bāzes administratoru grupas darbības specificēšana.
Analizējot pašreizējo situāciju, DBA grupas struktūru, veiktās funkcijas un mijiedarbību ar citām organizācijas struktūrām, tika izstrādāta dokumentu kopa, kas standartizē šīs lietas pēc ISO standartiem. In the modern age of globalization, organizing of the processes' and operations' quality, based on the generally accepted standards, has an exceptionally outstanding importance. One of the most popular group of standards is ISO.
Due to these facts, back in 1999, "Dati Exigen Group" company has successfully implemented all the procedures necessary to obtain the ISO 900/2000 certification, which confirms the quality of the software that is developed by the company.
Nevertheless, several processes and operation aspects of "Data Exigen Group" do not comply with the ISO standarts specification. Mostly, these are the auxiliary processes, the processes of servicing the basic activities of the company. To name one of these - the specification of "Data Exigen Group" database administrators group' operations.
As a result of due analyzing of the current situation, of the DBA group' structure and its' functions and interactions with other divisions of the company, the set of documents, putting the operations of the group in proper order according to the ISO standards, has been developed.
