Abstract

„Universālu risinājumu ieviešanas process” ir bakalaura darbs, kas ir veltīts Microsoft Dynamics CRM programmatūras ieviešanas procesu apskatei un problēmu risinājumiem konkrētā uzņēmumā, kas nodarbojas ar programmatūras ieviešanu. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt esošos uzņēmuma ieviešanas procesus, izpētīt Microsoft sniegto ieviešanas metodoloģiju, salīdzināt uzņēmumā pielietoto ieviešanas metodoloģiju ar Microsoft ieviešanas metodoloģiju, apzināt problēmas un sniegt priekšlikumus to risināšanai. Darba gaitā tiek sniegts neliels ieskats ieviešamajā programmatūrā Microsoft Dynamics CRM, klienta sistēmanalīzes procesos.

This bachelor's Paper, titled The Implementation Process of Universal Solutions, is dedicated to the discussion of processes related to the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CMR Software and methods of problem solution used by a specific company involved in the business of software implementation. The objective of the Paper is to examine the processes of implementation currently used by the company, explore the methodology of implementation provided by Microsoft, gather information about the scope of problems in the field and to provide solutions for solving them. A short insight is provided into the software to be implemented - the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and in the processes of system analysis in the course of discussion of the subject of the Paper.
