Zusammenfassung
Dotajā darbā tiek apskatīts programmatūras produktu izstrādes prognozēšanas metožu praktiskais pielietojums. Tiek apskatītas dažādas prognozēšanas metodes, kā arī izpētītas problēmas, kas ir saistītas ar prognozēšanas pielietošanu, un iespējas, kā var palielināt prognozēšanas kvalitāti. Darba mērķis bija saistīt prognozēšanas teoriju ar projektu pārvaldības praksi.
Iegūstot darba rezultātus var konstatēt, ka visiem pieejamās informācijas avoti satur divus materiālu veidus: prognozēšanas un projektu pārvaldības teorijas; tas ir, faktiski neeksistē materiāli par prognozēšanas pielietošanas praksi projektu pārvaldībā. Darba gaitā tika izstrādāts detalizēts piemērs tam, kā var iekļaut prognozēšanu projektu pārvaldībā. Papildus tam tika apkopotas prognozēšanas lietošanas problēmas un piedāvāti to risinājumi. The given work examines the practical usage of the estimation methods for developing programming products. The work discusses various estimation methods and also investigates the problems that are connected with usage of the estimation and possibilities to increase the quality of estimation. The aim of the work is to connect the theory of the estimations with the praxis of project management.
After obtaining the results of the work, can conclude that public available information sources contain two types of materials: theories of estimation and project management. That is, there are practically no materials on praxis of usage of estimations in project management. During the work, a detailed example of including the estimation in project management was developed problems of estimation usage were summarized and solutions were provided.
