Šajā bakalaura darbā tiek aprakstīti veidi angļu valodas mācīšanai klientu apkalpošanas jomā. Angļu valodas mācīšana klientu apkalpošanas jomā tiek aplūkota biznesa angļu valodas mācīšanas un angļu valodas speciāliem mērķiem mācīšanas robežās. Angļu valodas mācīšanas speciāliem mērķiem augošā pieprasījuma rezultātā, liels pētījums tiek veltīts šīm tēmām (Hutchinson un Waters, Dudley-Evans un John u.c.). Tomēr, angļu valodas mācīšanas klientu apkalpošanas joma nav pilnīgi izpētīta. Tas nosaka dotā darba mērķi. Tas izklāsta pētījuma teorētisko pamatu: terminu definīcijas, īpašības, kuras piemīt angļu valodai speciāliem mērķiem, biznesa angļu valodai un angļu valodai klientu apkalpošanas jomā. Šādi aprakstot pētījuma galveno tematu tiek analizēti paņēmieni angļu valodas mācīšanai speciāliem mērķiem. Liela uzmanība tiek veltīta angļu valodas mācīšanai klientu jomā un vajadzību analīzei. Pētījuma metodes ir literatūras analīze, vajadzību analīze un mācību grāmatas Angļu valoda klientu apkalpošanai aprakstošā analīze. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti pierādīja, ka angļu valodai klientu apkalpošanā ir kompleksa pieeja, kura balstās uz efektīviem un produktīviem valodas mācīšanas pamatiem, kuri balstās uz speciāliem un acīmredzamiem cēloņiem. Pētījuma rezultātus var izmantot angļu valodas pasniedzēji savā darbā, mācību materiālu veidotāji un angļu valodas metodiķi specialiem mērķiem.

The field of teaching English for customer care is regarded within broader areas of teaching business English and teaching English for specific purposes. Due to the growing demand in teaching English for Specific Purposes, much research is devoted to these topics (Hutchinson and Waters, Dudley-Evans and John, etc.). However, the field of teaching English for customer care is under-researched. That determines the goal of the present study. It lays the theoretical background of the research: the definitions of the terms, the characteristics of English for dpecific purposes, business English and English for customer care. Having thus outlined the subject of the research, the approaches to teaching English for special purposes are analyzed. A special attention is paid to teaching English for customer care and needs analysis. The methods of the research are the analysis of the literature, needs analysis, and a descriptive analysis of a course book English for Customer Care. The obtained results of the study have demonstrated that teaching English for customer care is an integrated approach based on the principles of effective and efficient language learning which is directed by specific and apparent reasons for learning. The results of the study can be used by English language teachers in their work, by materials developers, and ESP methodologists.
