Šis pētījums parāda darba autores tiesas spriedumu tulkojumu salīdzinājumu ar TTC norādījumiem. Diplomdarbā ir apspriestas juridisko tekstu raksturīgākās īpatnības un to tulkošanas problēmas, ar kurām ir sastapies jebkurš juridisko tekstu tulkotājs. Darba autore centās pierādīt, ka tulkotājam ir atļauts noteiktā mērā veikt izmaiņas un pārveidot juridiskos tekstus un juridiskā teksta nozīme nemainās. Tomēr hipotēzes pierādīšanu apgrūtināja tas, ka juridiskiem tekstiem ir arī juridiskā ietekme, ko nedrīkst izmainīt vai pārveidot. The current research presents the comparison of the translations of the Judgments of the Court by the author of the paper with the TTC requirements. The diploma paper discusses characteristics and difficulties of the legal texts and their translation that every legal text translator has faced. The author of the paper tried to prove that the translator is allowed to introduce changes and modify legal texts to some extent and the meaning of the document does not change. However, the difficulty in proving it is the fact that legal texts have also legal power that can not be changed or modified. But after analysis and comparison of translations of the Judgments of the Court by the author of the paper which were performed without observing TTC requirements, it can be concluded that some discrepancies from the TTC requirements can not change legal power of the legal document.
