Mācību materiālu izveide angļu valodas studentiem ar mākslas un dizaina novirzienu
Zusammenfassung
Angļu valodas un profesionālās terminoloģijas zināšanas ir īpaši svarīgas māksliniekiem un dizaineriem, kuriem ir nepieciešams sadarboties ar starptautiskiem partneriem. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir situāciju analīzes metodē izveidot mācību materiālus, kas uzlabotu studentu zināšanas mākslas terminoloģijā un tās pielietošanā. Pētījuma datu iegūšanas instrumenti – anketas, novērošanas, intervijas, rezultātu un uzdevumu analīze atklāja, ka studenti ir apguvuši profesionālo terminoloģiju un ir spējīgi to pielietot dažādos mutiskos un rakstiskos uzdevumos. Tiek secināts, ka individuāli pielāgoti mācību materiāli no īpaši atlasītiem, autentiskiem avotiem attīsta studentu mākslas terminoloģijas izpratni un pielietošanas spējas.

The goal of the present study is to design learning materials that will enhance students’ to learn and use art terminology in English by means of a case study research. The data collection tools, namely questionnaires, classroom observation, interviews and the analysis of the results of the tasks revealed that the students have acquired the professional terminology and are able to apply it in speaking and writing tasks. It is concluded that tailor-made learning materials from authentic sources benefit the students’ comprehension and use of art terminology.
