Barteris ar valsti: "sistēmas" pielāgošanas un izmantošanas prakses privātajā uzņēmējdarbībā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā “Barteris ar valsti: “sistēmas” pielāgošanas un izmantošanas prakses privātajā uzņēmējdarbībā” pētītas uzņēmējdarbības pārvaldības sistēmas pielāgošanas un izmantošanas prakses mazas un vidējas uzņēmējdarbības vidē. Skatot uzņēmējdarbību kā sfēru, kurā caur fragmentāru pieredzi tiek iedomāta un konstituēta “valsts.” Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, ko par šodienas Latvijas valsts idejisko un pragmātisko vērtību pilsoņa izpratnē un pieredzē atklāj sistēmas pielāgošanas prakses mazā un vidējā privātā uzņēmējdarbībā. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka “sistēmas” ievaros kā vadošā “valsts” izpratne izkristalizējas bartera princips. Tomēr, bartera princips ir tikai viena no valsts izpratnēm, jo “sistēma” ir tikai viens no ietvariem, kurā valsts tiek pieredzēta, iedomāta un konstituēta

The Master’s Theses "Barter with the State: "Working the System" in Small and Medium Enterprises" explores the practices of adapting and “getting around” the system for personal benefit within private enterprise. Seeing entrepreneurship as one of the spheres where the state is experienced, imagines and constituted. The aim of the research is to explore what “working the system” in small and medium enterprises reveal about the ideological and pragmatic values of the state in the eyes of it’ citizens. Results of the research discloses that within “the system” the leading comprehension of the state is the principle of the principle of barter. However, the barter is only one of the comprehensions of the state since “the system” is only one of the settings within which the state is imagines and constituted.
