Vācu aizguvumi latviešu valodā Georga Manceļa vārdnīcā “Lettus” (1638)

Abstract

Šī bakalaura darba nosaukums ir „Vācu aizguvumi latviešu valodā Georga Manceļa vārdnīcā „Lettus“ (1638)“. Darba autore ir Santa Magone. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt vācu valodas ietekmi uz latviešu valodu un apzināt etimoloģijas nozīmi aizguvumu pētīšanā. Darba uzdevums ir noskaidrot, kādi latviešu valodas vārdi, kas atrodami Georga Manceļa vārdnīcā „Lettus“, ir tikuši aizgūti no vācu valodas, kāda ir to izcelsme un pēc kādiem principiem tie ir tikuši pielāgoti latviešu valodai. Pētījuma rezultātā tika noskaidrots, ka vārdnīcā atrodami diezgan daudz vārdi, kas aizgūti no vācu valodas, un lielākā daļa aizgūto vārdu cēlusies no viduslejasvācu valodas. Darbs sastāv no ievada, materiālu izstrādēm, noslēguma un izmantotās literatūras saraksta. Darba apjoms 41 lapa.

The title of this bachelor paper is „Latvian loanwords in the dictionary “Lettus” (1638) of George Mancelius“. The author of the bachelor paper is Santa Magone. The goal of this work is to research the influence of German language in Latvian. The etymology significance of the loanwords is also been taken into consideration. The task of the bachelor paper is to find out what kind of words, that are displayed in the dictionary “Lettus” of George Mancelius, have been loaned from the German language and what principles have been taken to customize these words for Latvian language. Results of the research show that there are rather many words in Latvian that are loaned from the German language. It has also been established that most of the loanwords has come from the Middle Low German. The components of the bachelor paper are introduction, material processing, conclusion and bibliography. The amount of bachelor paper is 41 page.
