Aprūpes nepārtrauktības nodrošināšana pacientiem ar garīgās veselības traucējumiem

Bakalaura darba tēma ir: „Aprūpes nepārtrauktības nodrošināšana pacientiem ar garīgās veselības traucējumiem”. Darbā tiek aplūkotas galvenās problēmas, kuras rodas pacientiem un viľu piederīgajiem pēc stacionārās ārstēšanas. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un salīdzināt medicīnisko, rehabilitācijas un sociālo pakalpojumu nepieciešamību un pieejamību pacientiem ambulatoras ārstēšanas periodā. Apzināt galvenās grūtības un izpētīt pacientu un viľu tuvinieku izglītošanas nepieciešamību. Darba mērķis tika sasniegts. Pacienti dalījās pieredzē par ambulatoro pakalpojumu pieejamību un aprūpes pēctecību, kā arī izteica savus priekšlikumus ambulatorās aprūpes uzlabošanā pacientiem ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem. Atslēgas vārdi: pacients, ambulatorā aprūpe, rehabilitācija, sociālā integrācija, izglītošana. Bachelor theme is „Ensuring continuum nursing for patients with mental health disorders”. The aim of the work is to explore and compere the necessity of medical, rehabilitational and social service as well as patients availability to recive them during the period of stationary nursing and after it. The work depicts the main problems of patients and their kins experience afther the stationary nursing including the necessity to provide them with the necessary information about their rights and options. The aim of the work has been achieved. During my research work the patients shared their experience with the nursing service during the nursing period and afther it. The interviews with the patients enabled me to come to some valuable conclusions about improving the stationary nuring and the period following it.
