Efektīva pacienta plūsmas pārvalde un resursu izmantošana NBS veselības aprūpes iestādē

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma „Efektīva pacientu plūsmas pārvalde un resursu izmantošana NBS veselības aprūpes iestādē” ir izvēlēta, lai veiktu uzlabojumus pacientu plūsmas pārvaldē un resursu izmantošanā. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt pacientu plūsmas pārvaldes efektivitāti un resursu izmantošanu NBS veselības aprūpes iestādē un izstrādāt priekšlikumus pacientu plūsmas optimizācijai, noskaidrojot individuālam apmeklējumam izmantoto laiku un resursus. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir analizēt literatūru, veikt pašreizējās pacientu plūsmas procesa shēmu, izstrādāt hronometrēšanas karti; veikt statistikas datu apkopojumu, hronometrēšanu un intervijas, iegūto datu analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Pacientu plūsmas pārvaldes efektivitāti var paaugstināt, veicot plūsmas plānošanu. Atslēgvārdi: pacientu plūsma, laiks, hronometrāža, resursi.

The topic of the master thesis “Effective patient flow management and resource use NAF health care facility” has been selected to make improvements to the patient flow management and use of resources. Goal of the study: to study the efficiency of patient flow management and the use of resources in a health care setting of NAF and to develop propositions for the optimization of patient flow by determining the time and resources used for an individual visit. Tasks of the study are to analyze literary sources, to prepare the diagram of the current patient flow process, to develop a timekeeping map; to summarize statistical data, timekeeping and interviews, to analyze the acquired data, to make conclusions and propositions. The efficiency of patient flow management can be increased by planning the flow. Key words: patient flow, time, timekeeping, resources.
