Abstract

Darba mērķis – noskaidrot interno aprūpes māsu motivāciju profesionālai tālākizglītībai, iegūstot teorētisku pārskatu un praktisku pētījumu par motivāciju ietekmējošiem faktoriem. Darba hipotēze – Internās aprūpes māsas profesionālai tālākizglītībai motivē profesionālo prasmju pilnveidošana. Bakalaura darbā ir 3 daļas. Divās, teorētiskās daļās tika aprakstīta motivācijas būtība, motivācijas teorijas, māsu izglītības sistēma un tālākizglītības iespējas, kā arī P. Benneras māszinību teorijas atziņas. Pētniecības daļa – 3. daļa, tajā ir aprakstīta pētījuma metode, apkopoti un analizēti pētījuma gaitā iegūtie dati. Pēc veiktā pētījuma secināms, ka intenās aprūpes māsas profesionālai tālākizglītībai motivē profesionālu prasmju pilnveidošana. Atslēgas vārdi: motivācija, internās aprūpes māsas, tālākizglītība.

The goal of this work – to learn intern nurse motivation for continuing professional education. Results after theoretical overview and practical part of the factors influencing motivation.
