Tuvinieku izpratne par hematoonkoloģisko pacientu aprūpi

Abstract

Darba autore Vlada Sutjagina studē Latvijas Universitātē. Bakalaura darba tēma: „Tuvinieku izpratne par hematoonkoloģisko pacientu aprūpi”. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot tuvinieku izpratni par hematoonkoloģisko pacientu aprūpi. Hipotēze: Hematoonkoloģisko pacientu tuvinieku izpratne par bērnu aprūpi ir pietiekoša. Darba uzdevumi: Izpētīt zinātnisko literatūru un avotus par ķīmijterapiju un aprūpi hematoonkoloģiskiem pacientiem, pielietot H. Perlau aprūpes teoriju darba teorētiskajam pamatojumam, izstrādāt anketas jautājumus hematoonkoloģisko pacientu tuviniekiem, veikt aptauju, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus, izdarīt secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus, balstoties uz anketas iegūtiem datiem. Darbā analizēta zinātniska literatūra un informācija par hematoonkoloģiskas saslimšanas būtību, ķīmijterapijas iespējamām blaknēm, higiēnas pasākumiem un uzturu ārstēšanas laikā, par pacientu aprūpi ar implantēto centrālo venozo katetru. Pētījuma ietvaros veikta anketēšana vienā no Rīgas slimnīcām, lai noskaidrotu pacientu tuvinieku izpratni par bērnu aprūpi hematoonkoloģijā. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas, kas ietver 18 diagrammas, 1. pielikumu, izmantoti 31 literatūras avoti. Atslēgas vārdi: aprūpe, ķīmijterapija, bērns, tuvinieks.

Terms of Reference: to explore the scientific literature and sources about the chemotherapy and nursing hematoonkoloģisk patients, using H. Peplau care theory, develop a questionnaire for hematoonkoloģisk patients ' relatives, take the survey, collect and analyze the data obtained, draw conclusions and make proposals on the basis of the questionnaire obtained data. The paper analyzed the existing literature and information on possible side-effects of chemotherapy during treatment of neutropenia and neutropenic diet during the treatment of patients with intravenous catheter port. How to study one of Riga's hospitals, to determine parents' awareness of the nature hematoonkoloģisko patient care during chemotherapy.
