Bikalutamīda zāļu formas analīžu metožu izstrāde

Abstract

Maģistra darbā izstrādāta šķīšanas metode Pencial (bikalutamīda) 50 mg tabletēm, kas būtu piemērota darbam ar esošo aparatūru un pieejamiem reaģentiem un veikta metodes validācija. Metodes novērtēšanai izmantoti šādi parametri: specifiskums, linearitāte, sakritība, pareizība, starpposmu precizitāte, stabilitāte. Pārbaudītas un precizētas Turcijas farmaceitiskās firmas „Kočak Farma” piedāvātās kvantitatīvā satura un piemaisījumu noteikšanas metodes, izmantojot augstefektīvās šķidruma hromatogrāfijas metodi. Literatūras apskatā dota informācija par aktīvās vielas bikalutamīda pielietojumu medicīnā. Aprakstītas šķīšanas un augstefektīvās šķidruma hromatogrāfijas noteikšanas metodes. Darbs uzrakstīts uz 53 lpp, kas sastāv no 5 nodaļām, 23 attēliem un 21 tabulām

In the Master thesis the dissolution method of Pencial (bicalutamide) 50 mg tablets is developed suitable for work with the available technical devices and reagents. The validation procedure of the mentioned method was performed, including the following criteria: specificity, linearity, compatibility, accuracy, intermediate precision, stability. The high performance liquid chromatography method was used in testing and specifying of the determination method of the quantitative composition and impurities offered by Turkish pharmaceutical company “Kocak Pharma”. The list of literature reveals information on the active substance “bicalutamide” and its clinical usage. The dissolution rate and high performance liquid chromatography methods have been studied. The size of given work is on 53 pages. Work contains 5 chapters, 23 pictures and 21 tables.
