Stereotipi par oficianta profesiju Latvijā
Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darba "Stereotipi par oficianta profesiju Latvijā" mērķis bija noskaidrot, to vai un kādi stereotipi pastāv par oficianta profesiju Latvijā un cik lielu lomu oficianta profesijā spēlē dzimumu lomu stereotipi.
Darbā tiek izpētīta dzimuma, ārējā izskata, flirtēšanas ar klientiem u.tml. loma oficianta profesijā.
Bakalaura darbs tiek dalīts trīs galvenajās daļās.
Bakalaura darba pirmajā- teorētiskajā daļā tiek izskatīti jēdzieni “stereotipi”, “profesija”, stereotipu veidošanās teorijas, sociālās identitātes teorija, dzimumu lomu stereotipu darba tirgū teorētiskās vadlīnijas un ārzemju autoru pētījumos gūtās galvenās atziņas. Otrajā darba daļā- apskatīta un pamatota socioloģisko datu ieguves metode- daļēji strukturētā padziļinātā intervija, aprakstītas respondentu grupas un jautājumi. Trešajā darba daļā iegūtās informācijas apstrāde, galvenās atziņas un definēti būtiskākie secinājumi. The aim of this Bachelor paper was to find out stereotypes about waitron`s profession in Latvia and to explore the role of gender stereotypes in waitron profession. Author discuss about gender, good looking and flirting with visitors and ect. role in waitron`s profession.
Bachelor paper is constructed in three chapters.
The first chapter presents the theoretical analysis. It explains concepts of “stereotypes” and “profession”, and also examines the information about the theory of social identity, gender stereotypes and resent studies in this field.
The second chapter gives the summary of used methodology and shows the analysis employed method and with it acquired sociological data.
The empirical studies are described in third chapter. In this chapter author advances information from interviews and evaluate the stereotypes of waitron`s profession, as well as gives the main conclusions.
