Plānošana balstās uz regulāru datu analīzi par uzņēmuma līdzšinējo darbību un plāna veidošanu uzņēmuma attīstībai nākotnē, lai spētu maksimalizēt uzņēmuma ienākumus un minimalizēt uzņēmums izdevumus, tādejādi vēl vairāk palielinot uzņēmuma peļņu.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt uzņēmuma SIA „Delicato” darbību, pamatojoties uz SIA „Delicato” grāmatvedības un saimnieciskās darbības datiem, analizējot uzņēmuma pašreizējo darbību, kā arī izstrādāt saimnieciskās darbības plānu uzņēmuma turpmākai darbībai, izsakot priekšlikumus, kas veicinās uzņēmuma ekonomisku izaugsmi nākotnē.
