Stresa līmeņa, mācību motivācijas un atzīmju atšķirības starp strādājošiem un nestrādājošiem studentiem

Abstract

Iepriekš veiktajos pētījumos ir pierādīts, ka augstskolu studenti saskaras ar paaugstinātu stresu, ir atšķirīga mācību motivācija un ir zināms, ka studenti uzrāda dažādus akadēmiskos rezultātus. Tomēr, nav noslēpums, ka daļa studenti strādā algotu darbu studiju laikā, tāpēc ir interesanti noskaidrot vai pastāv atšķirības starp strādājošiem un nestrādājošiem studentiem viņu stresa līmenī, mācību motivācijā un akadēmiskajos rezultātos. Aptaujājot 80 pētījuma respondentus ar uztvertā stresa skalu (PSS) un sasniegumu motivācijas aptaujas (AMI) skalu, „vēlme mācīties” un norādot vidējos vērtējumus tika noskaidrots, ka šajā izlasē nepastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības starp abām grupām, jo uzrādītie aritmētiskie vidējie rezultāti visos mērījumos nebija statistiski nozīmīgi atšķirīgi.

Previous studies have shown that university students are faced with increased stress, their learning motivation is different and also it is known that students presents a variety of academic results. However, it is no secret that some students are working paid employment during the study, so it is interesting to find out whether there are differences between working and non-working students in their stress level, learning motivation and academic results. Eighty respondents participated in this study. To estimate stress level and learning motivation of students, Perceived stress scale (PSS) and Achievement motivation inventory (AMI) „Eagerness to Learn” scale have been used. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the two groups, as the arithmetic average of the results of all measurements were similar.
