Darbā veikta Haloperidola attīrīšanas metodes izstrāde un validācija ar AEŠH. Literatūras apskatā apkopota informācija par analīzes metožu validācijas dažiem parametriem, iekārtu attīrīšanas līmeņiem, uztriepju noņemšanas metodiku. Literatūras apskatā ir izmantota literatūra par laika periodu no 1993 līdz 2015 gadam, izmantojot zinātniskus žurnālus, grāmatas, kā arī vadlīnijas.

In master thesis the development and validation of cleaning method for Haloperidol with HPLC was performed. In literature review the information about validation parameters of methods of analyses, cleaning levels of equipment and methods of swab taking was batched. The information is summarized in literature review on the time period from 1993 till 2015, using data from scientific journals, books, and guidances.
