Darbinieku darba laika plānošanas sistēma "Team Planning"

Abstract

Vēl šodien daudzos uzņēmumos darbinieku darba plāni tiek veidoti “MS Excel” vai “Google Spreadsheet” lietotnēs un tiek izdrukāti un piekārti uzņēmumā, redzamajā vietā. Tas rada problēmas pirmkārt, tiek tērēts papīrs, kas varētu būt ietaupīts, otrkārt, papīra plānu kāds var netīšām noraut vai citā veidā padarīt citiem cilvēkiem neredzamu, treškārt, ir ļoti sarežģīti veikt tajā labojumus un visbeidzot tas plāns ir pieejams tikai uzņēmuma terirorijā, kas nozīmē, ka ja darbinieks pēkšņi ir aizmirsis kas viņam ir jādara rīt, viņam obligāti jātrauce kādu kolēģi lai uzzinātu informāciju par saviem darbiem uz nākamo dienu. Šī kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izveidot lietotni, kas palīdzēs darba plānotājiem labāk organizēt darbus uzņēmumā un darbiniekiem vieglāk piekļūt datiem par saviem un citu kolēģu darbiem. Lietotnē tiks attēlots kalendārs ar lietotājiem un tiem pieliktajiem darbiem. Kā arī varēs individuāli apskatīties katru lietotāju un informāciju par to. Būs iespēja veidot jaunus projektus, kuriem pēc tam varēs pielikt lietotājus uz konkrētu laiku. Sistēma ir paredzēta uzņēmumiem, kuriem vajag efektīvi plānot savus darbinieku resursus.

Today many companies are still using such tools like “MS Excel” or “Google Spreadsheets” to create plans for with assignments for their employees for next weeks. Later these plans are printed and pinned somewhere in the territory of the company. This causes issues ­ first of all, paper is being used when it can be saved, second, paper plan can go missing, third, it is very hard to make corrections in paper plan and the last, but not the least ­ plan is located on territory of company, which means, that if somebody forgot to check their schedule, they have to distract their colleagues to get info about their assignments. The goal of this work is to eliminate all of issues listed above by creating application that will help employers to organize their resources better, and allow employees to have access to their plans from everywhere. Application will show calendar with users and their assignments. Information about every particular user will be available to be viewed as well. There also will be an option to create new projects, where company manager will be able to assign users. Application is meant to be used by companies, that need to plan their human resources efficiently.
